This Peacock Obsidian Mean Green Skinner is made of the finest Peacock Obsidian, Stabilized Tiger Maple and Spalted Oak. When I obtained the exceptional quality Mexican Peacock Obsidian, it was a no brainer that it needed handle material of equal quality. It took a while but after knapping this blade I finally came across this dyed, stabilized maple. The embellishment of the spalted oak pommel made it complete. When the angle of reflected light changes the colors in the blade surge in intensity. Measuring 11.5 inches, it’s truly a showcase piece.
